Business Analyst

Business Analysis \& Requirements

• Gather, document and validate business requirements.
• Translate business problems into clear functional and reporting requirements for product, data, and engineering teams
• Support the design of CRM workflows, follow-up processes and post-sales operations end-to-end for AI initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics and acceptance criteria for new initiatives

Data \& Reporting

• Work with structured and unstructured real estate data
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports: conduct exploratory data analysis and highlight trends and anomalies
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure clean and reliable data flows into reporting and analysis

Process \& Automation

• Document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Support automation initiatives using workflow tools such as n8n, Zapier or custom orchestration frameworks
• Ensure reporting and process changes are rolled out reliably with clear documentation, training, and monitoring in place

Collaboration \& Innovation

• Partner with product managers, operations and CRM teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
• Stay up to date on analytics tools, industry trends and best practices
• Document processes, analyses and reporting logic clearly for cross-functional teams

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, delivering requirements and insights in production environments
• Strong foundations in requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management
• Experience writing user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working and tools such as Confluence
• Strong SQL skills: experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift)
• Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Ability to work with APIs and integrate data outputs into CRM, ERP or product systems

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
