Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of: Retail Banking / Corporate Banking; Digital Banking; Customer Onboarding; Customer Lifecycle Management; Core Banking Systems
Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in UAE banking institutions or international/Western corporate environments.
Knowledge of banking APIs, Open Banking, FinTech integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
Experience across the full customer journey, including onboarding, servicing, retention, and lifecycle optimization
