Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the BIC Data Analytics roadmap aligned to CEO Office and corporate strategic priorities, defining the division’s long-term direction and analytical methodology standards.
  • Establish and govern the analytical framework, tool ecosystem, and best-practice standards across the division to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable analytical initiatives, identifying opportunities to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers across multiple workstreams, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and govern cross-functional analytics collaboration, arbitrating prioritization across business units competing for BIC resources and ensuring alignment on enterprise objectives.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership through high-quality executive reports and presentations.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of market trends, financial data, and process standards to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive business decisions and operational improvements.
  • Develop and validate advanced analysis models that support business planning, scenario analysis, and performance optimization across divisions.
  • Champion data quality standards and oversight across the division’s analytical outputs.
  • Develop and execute mitigation plans for critical issues to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee development of dashboards and training programs to ensure effective adoption of insights and analytical tools across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or related field (required)
  • Master’s degree (MBA, Data Science, or Engineering) preferred
  • 5–8+ years of working experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Process Improvement
  • 1+ years in a people management role, with demonstrated experience leading teams or managing managers
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and enterprise-wide analytical project delivery
  • Proficient in SQL (preferably Databricks SQL), Power BI, Python, and Tableau, with proven experience handling large-scale datasets
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques for hypothesis testing and prediction (Correlation, Regression, etc.)
  • Experience designing and governing analytical frameworks and data governance standards
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to engage senior executive audiences
