Business Analyst

The Job:* Analyzing and translating business requirements into system specifications for IT programs and projects * Deploying local/global applications aligned with stakeholders * Ensuring IT solutions are created, aligned, and documented on time and with quality according to business and IT program/project priorities * Ensuring business applications are up and running in line with Service Level Agreements * Planning and coordinating change requests * Monitoring the performance of business systems and determining improvement areas * Providing on-call support for systems under responsibility when needed * Assessing how business units are performing and supporting them in improving their processes and systems * Conducting research and analysis to develop solutions to business problems and supporting the introduction of these solutions to businesses and their clients * Evaluating, analyzing, and communicating systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintaining systems processes, including the delivering of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties * Authoring and updating internal and external documentation, and formally initiating and delivering requirements and documentation

The Person:* Preferably university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or other related fields * 2 years of related IT experience is preferred * Good command of English and Turkish, both written \& verbal * Experience in generating process documentation and reports * Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle * Experience in API, cloud, data analytics and software architecture * Strong analytical and problem solving and quantitative analysis skills * Experienced with relational databases especially SQL Server * Good knowledge of MS office applications, Sharepoint and basic software knowledge * Self motivated and result oriented * Comfortable communication with diverse individuals inside and outside the organization * Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills * Willingness to work under challenging circumstances and environment * Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks, changing priorities and meet deadlines * No restriction to travel
