We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst cum Tester to support requirement analysis, system enhancement, testing, and quality assurance activities. Join our team and grow your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, reports, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver effective system solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and UAT activities.
• Identify, track, and resolve system defects and issues.
• Support system enhancements, maintenance, and SDLC activities.
• Perform data validation using SQL queries when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Testing, or related roles.
• Technical skillset in SQL query is a must.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing processes.
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Contract
