We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to identify business requirements, analyze organizational processes, and support the delivery of effective business solutions. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document both business and system requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops to understand business objectives and operational needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to support solution design and implementation.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements and support organizational objectives.
- Partner with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle to facilitate successful delivery.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and confirming that solutions meet business expectations.
- Assess existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical enhancements.
- Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Process flows, workflows, and supporting diagrams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar project delivery methodologies.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are considered an advantage.
