Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially oriented Business Analyst to support management in market analysis, business research, strategic planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to convert complex market and business information into clear, actionable insights. The role will involve conducting market research, analysing competitors and industry trends, supporting strategy development, and preparing high-quality presentations and reports for senior management.

Experience with a Machinery OEM, heavy equipment company, automotive business or a major diversified group will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, business analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Analyse market trends, industry dynamics, customer segments and business opportunities.
• Support business strategy, strategic planning and market expansion initiatives.
• Prepare market intelligence reports, business cases and management presentations.
• Analyse internal and external data and provide actionable business insights.
• Monitor competitors, market developments and industry trends.
• Support senior management with strategic projects, research and ad-hoc analysis.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• + 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategy, market research.
• Experience with Machinery OEMs, heavy equipment companies or major business groups is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint, presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, excellent English communication is essential.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
