Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Japanese Pharmaceutical commercial (Sales \& Marketing) business teams for user consultation and requirement gathering for BI visualizations in Japanese
• Document the requirements and communicate them to development team both in English and Japanese
• Validate the deliverables and support UAT before production deployments
• Work closely with development team in Japan and India for quick deployments

Primary Skills \& Experience Required

• Familiar with Japanese Pharmaceutical commercial (Sales \& Marketing) business processes such as drug distribution processes and related data, MR’s day in the life activities, marketing operations, etc.
• Business level of Japanese and English language skills
• Some experience as a Business Analyst for any IT/DX projects
• Experience in PowerBI visualization is Nice to Have
