As Brand Manager, you are a key driver of our brand strategy. You are responsible for the continued development of Wastberg+ and ensure a clear and consistent brand presence. With a strong interest in design, architecture and detail, you translate our understanding of Good Light into clear and consistent brand communication.
Your job
Implementation and further development of the brand strategy and brand identity
Ensuring consistent brand management across all touchpoints (online \& offline)
Analysis of market trends, competition, and target groups
Planning and implementation of international marketing activities
Responsibility for content marketing, campaigns, and brand communication
Organization and implementation of trade fairs, events, and product launches
Control and monitoring of campaign budgets and marketing costs
Analysis of KPIs and performance evaluation of campaigns
Close collaboration with sales, creative team, and product management
Your skills
Solid education in marketing, communication, or similar (e.g. university)
Several years of experience in marketing and project management
Strong interest in design, architecture, and brand
Proficient in social media, newsletter tools, and websites
Willingness to travel in an international environment
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
Hands-on mentality with a high implementation strength
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Adobe Suite or similar tools is an advantage
