Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Launch Strategy \& Execution: Lead the end-to-end launch lifecycle, including pre-launch market entry strategy, regulatory alignment, commercial execution, and post-launch performance monitoring.
  • Brand Development: Build a strong brand presence by establishing clear scientific positioning and a communication platform tailored to the Korean aesthetics market.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute short- and long-term product strategies, including MRP, ABP, VM, Marketing Operating Plans, and S\&OP.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate a cross-functional Launch Task Force (Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing) to ensure full operational readiness.
  • Customer Engagement: Design and implement systems and processes for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement to strengthen scientific advocacy for the brand.
  • Market Insights \& Performance Management: Monitor business performance and competitive dynamics, and identify and implement actions to achieve sales, volume, and market share objectives.
  • Marketing Operations: Manage agency partnerships (creative, digital, and PR) and optimize channel and promotional strategies to support brand goals and customer needs.
  • Capability Building: Support the training and development of the sales team on Alastin’s science and G.Plan integration.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing within the medical device and/or skincare industry (sales experience is an advantage).
  • Demonstrated success in product launches, including new product development (NPD) and/or new market entry initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the aesthetics and skincare industry.
  • Experience in fillers, toxins, or prestige medical skincare marketing is preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and B2B2C/B2C campaign management.

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Education / Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and aesthetic regulations in Korea.
  • Understanding of Galderma’s core marketing principles and One-Team culture.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging, and impactful scientific storytelling.
