Tinaya is looking for a Brand Manager to turn the founder’s vision into a consistent brand experience across campaigns, content, partnerships, retail, and digital channels. You will lead day-to-day brand execution, coordinate creative teams and external partners, and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects Tinaya’s identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand plans and campaigns while maintaining clear guidelines for visual identity and tone of voice.
• Manage the content calendar across social media, the website, email, and paid channels.
• Brief and coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, stylists, copywriters, agencies, and vendors.
• Review creative work before publication and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Build relationships with influencers, media, and potential brand partners in the UAE.
• Track campaign performance and share weekly and monthly insights with the founder.

What we’re looking for

• 4–7 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or beauty.
• Experience leading campaigns from planning through delivery.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai and GCC market, with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Excellent project management and English communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
• Confidence working directly with a founder in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and project management platforms.

Experience launching a brand or product line, managing e-commerce or retail campaigns, or working with a UAE network of creatives and media would be an advantage.
