Brand Growth Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Senior Executive / Executive, Brand Growth to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product marketing strategies, brand development initiatives, and product growth for our exclusive eyewear brands.

You will play a key role in shaping brand positioning, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and identifying market opportunities to strengthen brand presence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy \& Development

• Develop and execute product growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify consumer insights and market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on product planning, development, and launches.
• Participate actively in the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

Brand Growth \& Development

• Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
• Create compelling brand storytelling, messaging, and communication materials.
• Manage brand collaborations, partnerships, and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee brand assets including brand guidelines, POSM, social media content, and marketing collateral.

Product Marketing

• Plan and execute product marketing campaigns and launch activities.
• Develop marketing calendars and promotional initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales performance.
• Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Market \& Performance Analysis

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
• Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market and sales data.

Stakeholder \& Project Management

• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively.
• Resolve challenges proactively through strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Branding, Merchandising, Fashion Design, Product Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or related functions.
• Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or eyewear industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of branding, product positioning, and consumer marketing.
• Creative mindset with good fashion sense and awareness of market trends.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
