We're looking for someone who wants to build brands, create impactful content, influence customer perception, and play a key role in the continued growth of a market-leading company.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Brand Management & Reputation
- Help shape and strengthen the FOT brand across Western Canada.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and brand perception.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Develop engaging content strategies that increase reach and engagement.
- Build relationships with customers and online communities.
- Track performance and provide insights and recommendations.
Content Creation
- Capture and produce photos and videos at our locations, events, customer deliveries, and job sites.
- Create compelling reels, short-form videos, testimonials, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop graphics and creative assets for social media, advertising, websites, and email campaigns.
- Bring fresh ideas that help our brand stand out from competitors.
Signage & Brand Visibility
- Coordinate building signage, vehicle graphics, banners, trade show displays, and promotional materials.
- Work with vendors to ensure projects are completed professionally and on schedule.
- Support branding initiatives for new locations and facility expansions.
Marketing Projects
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, community initiatives, and events.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of marketing, branding, communications, or content creation experience.
- Strong social media knowledge and understanding of current content trends.
- Experience creating photo and video content for digital marketing.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A creative thinker who is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table.
- Photography, videography, and editing experience are considered major assets.
