As Brand Campaign Enablement Lead, you will play a key role in bringing Straumann Group’s global brand and portfolio strategies to life. Working within Global Marketing and partnering closely with Brand, Data, Production, and Market teams, you will transform strategic direction into practical, scalable campaign frameworks that support successful activation across global markets.
Based in Madrid and reporting to the Global MOS Lead, you will ensure that campaign messaging, brand expression, and activation guidance are consistent worldwide while providing markets with the flexibility they need to adapt campaigns effectively to local audiences. Your work will help create seamless campaign execution, drive operational excellence, and enable measurable business impact. Your Role
In this position, you will:
- Translate global brand and portfolio strategies into clear campaign concepts and activation frameworks.
- Develop and manage global campaign toolkits, including messaging, asset requirements, implementation guidance, and best practices.
- Define which campaign elements are mandatory and which can be adapted for local market needs.
- Partner with Data teams to establish campaign KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with the Production Hub to ensure campaign assets and toolkits are scalable, practical, and easy to implement.
- Support pilot campaign activations and incorporate insights into future toolkit improvements.
- Promote consistent brand messaging and high-quality execution across all campaign activities.
- Provide guidance and support to market teams on campaign activation and localization.
- Continuously improve campaign enablement processes by leveraging performance data, stakeholder feedback, and market insights.
Your Profile Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in brand management, campaign strategy, integrated marketing, or a similar discipline.
- Strong understanding of global brand governance and campaign execution principles.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical and actionable frameworks.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a matrix environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional detail.
- Professional fluency in English.

- Experience supporting global or multi-market marketing campaigns.
- Additional language skills.
- Experience working with campaign performance measurement and optimization
