Job Summary

The Laundry Branch Manager is responsible for managing all branch operations, including customer service, staff supervision, production workflow, inventory control, quality assurance, and financial performance. The manager ensures that laundry services are delivered efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations
• Manage and schedule branch staff and drivers
• Ensure high standards of garment cleaning, pressing, and packaging
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely delivery and pickup
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the branch
• Track inventory of detergents, chemicals, packaging materials, and uniforms
• Coordinate machine maintenance and report technical issues
• Monitor cash handling, billing, and branch sales performance
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Train employees on company procedures and customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
• Support marketing promotions and customer retention initiatives

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in laundry, dry cleaning, hospitality, or retail operations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning processes
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Computer skills for POS systems, reporting, and scheduling
• Problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years of supervisory or branch management experience
• Experience in commercial laundry or hotel laundry operations
• Familiarity with inventory management and cash handling
