Branch Manager

Seeking a results-driven people leader and sales manager to join us working in the Christchurch region!

The Role

This is a crucial role working out of our retail store in Christchurch that requires a knowledgeable people leader and sales manager to help us further grow and expand within the Canterbury region. This is a 45 hour per week role, working across Monday to Saturday. Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Management and profitability of products and sales
• Training and development of staff
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Accurate stock management and quality control
• Ensuring best Health \& Safety procedures and processes are followed

To be successful you will need:

• A full, clean NZ Driver's License
• A minimum of 3 years proven management experience, with the ability to showcase your retail sales and people management skills
• Previous experience within the tyre or automotive industry
• An exceptional attitude and positive approach to work
• Determination and desire to bring out the best in people and be a great leader
• Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
