Boost FitClub Personal Trainer

Job Description

An established multi-activity center located in the beautiful Belle Meade area of Nashville is seeking positive, self-motivated, and energetic individuals who have a passion for fitness, pursuing a healthy lifestyle, and helping others reach their health goals!

The FitClub Personal Trainer role requires a highly motivated and experienced personal trainer who will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness plans, providing expert guidance, and inspiring clients to achieve their fitness objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations to assess client’s fitness levels, goals, and health concerns.
• Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
• Provide effective and safe exercise instruction, including proper form and technique.
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout their fitness journey.
• Track and monitor client progress, making adjustments as needed.
• Promote and sell additional fitness services, such as nutritional counseling or group fitness classes.
• Enforce safety protocol and maintain a safe environment at all times for all concerned.
• Immediately report injury and/or suspicious incidents to the Director; complete and submit incident report.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and training clinics.
• Complete required courses and maintain current certifications required and relevant to job.

Qualifications:

• Certified personal trainer certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA).
• Proven experience as a personal trainer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and create a positive training environment.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others.

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is a base pay of $30/hr per client, with the potential to earn up to $105/hr through bonuses and production/sales commissions.
