A leading British boarding school with its first campus in Cascais, Portugal for pupils aged 1–18. Catering for about 1200 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks \& café. This location operates 7 days a week so shift patterns will be 5 over 7 days.
We are looking for a talented Boarders Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Cascais.
Looking for a Strong foodie, commercially minded. You will lead a team to deliver Breakfast, lunch, snacks, hospitality and events. Someone to challenge and innovate.
You will need to have previous experience working within a high volume, fast-paced kitchen at either Head Chef or Chef Manager level. You will need to be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients \& regularly changing bespoke menus which YOU create! You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset every day.
