Accenture is looking for experienced BMC Helix/Remedy Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working with a diverse group of professionals to develop, integrate, and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a deep understanding of the BMC Remedy and BMC Helix platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integration: Integrate BMC Helix/Remedy with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless operations and data flow. • Customization: Customize BMC Helix/Remedy modules, workflows, and user interfaces to enhance usability and meet specific business needs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides. • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
