BIM Modeler

Misión

The BIM Modeler supports the BIM team in the creation and maintenance of Building Information Models for data center design projects. Working closely with senior BIM staff, the BIM Modeler contributes to the production of accurate 3D models and 2D documentation across architectural, structural, and M\&E disciplines.

This role is suited for candidates across junior to mid-level experience, offering an excellent opportunity to develop and strengthen technical BIM skills within a specialist data center consultancy environment.#### What will be your responsibilities?

• Assist in the development and maintenance of 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit under the guidance of senior BIM staff.
• Support the production of 2D drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules extracted from BIM models.
• Assist in model coordination tasks and participate in clash detection exercises using Autodesk Navisworks.
• Ensure modelling work adheres to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company BIM standards, and LOD requirements.
• Update and revise BIM models in response to design changes and coordination comments.
• Assist with the organisation and management of project BIM files, folders, and naming conventions.
• Support the preparation of BIM documentation such as model health reports and drawing registers.
• Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions to understand project requirements.
• Learn and apply company BIM workflows, tools, and best practices as directed by the BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager.
• Liaise with other team members within the Thailand office and across B Global Tech regional offices as required.

This is the profile we are looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related design discipline.
• 2–8 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling across architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (intermediate level preferred); experience in MEP, Structural, or Architectural modelling is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for 2D drafting purposes.
• Understanding of BIM concepts, LOD requirements, and ISO 19650 standards is a plus.
• Keen interest in data center design, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage assigned tasks within given deadlines.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
