Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with project team members, including architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Supervise workers to ensure that they are following all safety rules and regulations during construction
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all BIM elements are properly implemented on the job site
- Create models of building designs using computer software to ensure that they meet industry standards and regulations
- Review construction drawings to ensure that they have been properly prepared according to industry standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects
- Maintain databases of construction drawings and other documents such as permits, licenses, and certifications held by contractors and subcontractors
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to construction projects
- Work with architects to design buildings, facilities, and other structures
- Construct BIM model and prepare architectural, structural or M\&E shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software \& Telka.
- Update BIM model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
- Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes.
- Monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved.
- Manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Knowledge in MEP will be an advantage.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- BIM Modelling certification will be added advantage.
- Proficient in BIM related software, e.g. Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD.
- Attention to detail person.
- Have experience creating and maintaining BIM LOD 300 until LOD 500.
