Job Overview
Danghoa Architects \& IT is seeking a highly skilled BIM Data \& Systems Integration Specialist to bridge the gap between architectural design systems and digital data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will support Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, integrate engineering data systems, and ensure seamless collaboration between architectural, engineering, and IT platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize BIM data workflows across architectural and engineering projects.
- Integrate BIM platforms with enterprise IT systems and project management tools.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and interoperability between design and construction systems.
- Develop automation scripts and tools to improve BIM data processing efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and IT teams to align technical requirements.
- Support implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Maintain and troubleshoot BIM software environments and digital project databases.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and visual insights for project progress and performance.
- Assist in 3D modeling data validation, coordination, and clash detection processes.
- Support digital transformation initiatives in architecture and construction workflows.
- Manage data exchange between BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or equivalent platforms.
- Document workflows, integration processes, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, data integration, or construction technology roles.
- Strong knowledge of BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Experience with data integration, APIs, and system interoperability between engineering and IT systems.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data management principles.
- Understanding of construction workflows, architectural design processes, and engineering coordination.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (Python, Dynamo, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or architectural design projects.
- Knowledge of digital twin technology, smart construction systems, or Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud collaboration platforms for BIM (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, etc.).
- Certifications in BIM management, architecture, or construction technology are an advantage.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering or design environments.
Pay: Up to KD1,750.000 per month
