BIM Architect ( REVIT)

Job Description
The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing architectural drawings from presentation or design drawings into detailed construction drawings using Revit. Should Have Minimum 3 years’ experience.

The role includes preparing accurate BIM models, coordinated architectural documentation, and all necessary details required for site implementation. The BIM Architect will also support coordination with other disciplines to ensure the drawings are complete, practical, and aligned with project requirements.

Responsibilities

· Develop architectural BIM models using Revit.

· Convert presentation and design drawings into detailed construction drawings.

· Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and other architectural documentation required for construction.

· Ensure drawings include sufficient information and detailing for site implementation.

· Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other relevant disciplines.

· Review and resolve design and coordination issues within the BIM model.

· Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.

· Assist in preparing submission, tender, and construction drawing packages when required.

Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
