This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced software engineer with a proven track record in developing Web applications. As an experienced Lead Engineer, you should have the skills to analyze the requirements from customers, work closely with Architect and team to design and develop complex software systems using web technologies.

• 要件把握から最終的な納品までの開発のオーナーシップをもつ。

• Work at customer site and interact with customer and offshore team

• Collaborate closely with the customer to capture the requirements and challenges for improving their software systems
• Drive the offshore/near shore development team
• Collaborate closely with offshore team to communicate the requirements and implement the software adhering to schedule and quality
• Complete ownership of the development from requirement capture till final delivery

• Play onsite Bridge Engineer role and coordinator role for software development

• Building and nurturing relationships with our clients in Japan
• Support customer in QA testing
• Capture requirements, analyze requirements, design, develop and test software systems using customer’s software frameworks and tools from customer site.
• Deliver quality work products within schedule.
• Report progress, risks and problems to customer as required.
• Creating alignment between the team and client to help unblock issues that impede the team’s performance
• Clarify queries from offshore in consultation with customer
• Perform reviews of offshore work products and ensure its quality
• Report progress, risks and problems to customer as required

• In order to reach office from Sendai main station take subway to Izumi-Chūō station(blue line) and then take the office bus available from Izumi Chuo station.

• The journey takes around 1 hour from Sendai station. From Izumi Chuo station the bus journey takes around 40min (max)depending on the traffic
