- Provide medical nutrition advice to customers
- Recommend suitable medical nutrition products
- Work with pharmacists to ensure customers get proper care
- Recommend supplements and vitamins based on customer needs
- Promote and explain health products
- Conduct health checks
- Support sales through product knowledge
