Bid Writer – Commercial Construction

We’re working with a well-established commercial construction business to find a Bid Writer to support their pre-construction and work-winning team.

This is a key role focused on preparing high-quality submissions, working closely with internal stakeholders to clearly communicate capability, methodology, and value across a range of projects.

You’ll be someone who can take technical information and turn it into clear, compelling content, while managing deadlines and contributing to a structured bid process.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and coordinating tender submissions, EOIs, and proposals
  • Working with project teams to gather and shape technical content
  • Writing clear, consistent, and engaging responses
  • Managing timelines and ensuring submissions are delivered to a high standard
  • Supporting continuous improvement of bid processes and content

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Bid Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role
  • Experience within construction, engineering, or a related industry
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple submissions
  • Confident working with a range of stakeholders across a business
  • Organised, proactive, and able to take ownership of your work
