Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily beverage service and hospitality operations
• Supervise service staff and coordinate work schedules
• Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction standards
• Support sales, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
• Track operational costs, service performance, and monthly reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Experience in hospitality, beverage service, food service, retail service, or customer operations
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Experience managing staff schedules, inventory, and service standards is an advantage
