Job Overview
As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the beauty and well-being of our clients. Your expertise in various beauty treatments will ensure that clients leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.

Duties

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, and body treatments to meet the individual needs of clients
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored advice on beauty products and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas, ensuring all equipment and products are sanitised and well-stocked.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business through exceptional service.

Skill

• Strong customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
