A brand-new luxury salon is opening in SW18, and we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty \& Massage Therapist to join our team. We are committed to providing the highest standards of client care, top-quality treatments, and a welcoming, professional environment.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will perform a wide range of beauty and massage treatments, ensuring each client receives an exceptional, five-star experience. You will be an important part of a new team focused on excellence, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality treatments, including:
• Facials
• Body massage (e.g. Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy)
• Waxing, including Brazilian and Hollywood using hot and warm wax
• Provide expert advice on aftercare and products
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work efficiently within the appointment schedule and salon policies
• Stay informed on industry trends and techniques

Skills \& Experience:

• At least 3 year of experience in a salon or spa setting
• Excellent massage and waxing skills, particularly intimate waxing
• Friendly, professional, and confident in client interactions
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
• Punctual, reliable, and a positive team player
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience with gel nails/Shellac
• Eyelash extensions
• Threading and tinting
• Body treatments (e.g. scrubs, wraps)
• Product and retail experience

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Valid National Insurance number
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Location: SW18 (easily accessible by public transport)
Compensation: Competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

Licence/Certification:
