About the Role

You will work with premium Dermalogica products and provide a range of expert treatments, with a particular focus on facials, massage, waxing, tinting, and eyebrow \& eyelash services. Experience with laser treatments is a distinct advantage.

Ideal Candidate

· Qualified Beauty Therapist with relevant experience

· Proficient in facials, massage, waxing, tinting, eyebrow \& eyelash treatments

· Knowledge of Dermalogica products is an advantage but training is also available.

· IPL Laser experience is an advantage, but training is also available.

· Positive, professional attitude and excellent communication skills

· Passionate about beauty and customer satisfaction

· Team player

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of beauty treatments including skincare, waxing, facials, and specialised therapies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and organisation throughout the day.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
• Work in conjunction with our marketing team to aid in advertising and social media.
