Beautician / Beauty Therapist – Part Time (Leading to Full Time)

Beauty By Ash is a reputable and established salon offering clients luxury beauty treatments in a professional and welcoming environment.

We are currently looking to employ a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Beautician/Beauty Therapist with at least 2–3 years of salon experience to join our growing team.

This role is initially part-time, with the opportunity to progress to full-time following a successful probation period. Candidates must be available to work alternate weekends.

Full training will be provided for the right candidate on treatments, booking systems, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out treatments consistently to a high standard in accordance with client requirements and salon training.

- Maintain excellent punctuality and professional timekeeping.

- Ensure treatment rooms and work areas are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.

- Manage bookings accurately and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Handle client queries and complaints professionally, escalating to management where necessary.

- Build excellent rapport with clients and promote treatments and current salon offers.

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.

- Use initiative and maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times.

Essential Skills \& Qualifications:

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy

- Minimum 2–3 years salon experience

- Body waxing (including intimate bikini waxing)

- Hot waxing

- Lash extensions

- Facials

- Massage treatments

- Gel nails, manicures, and pedicures

- Lash lifts

- Lash and brow tinting

- Brow shaping

- Threading

Training can be provided in certain areas for the right candidate.
