Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist for an on-site position at our Brunswick, Victoria location. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of beauty and skincare treatments, including laser services, and customized skincare solutions. You will also provide ongoing client consultations to address their individual needs and ensure a professional and enjoyable experience. The ability to develop strong relationships with clients and uphold exceptional customer service standards is key to success in this position.

Your duties will include:

• Discussing client needs, analysing skin characteristics and advising on suitable skincare
• Applying general cosmetic and corrective make-up
• Performing manicures and pedicures including decorative nail art, application of artificial nails, nail repair and specialised hand and foot treatments
• Performing facial and body treatments including massage
• Treating unwanted hair through waxing, bleaching, tinting, depilation and electrolysis
• Evaluating beauty therapy processes and products
• Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and maintaining client records
• Providing advice on and selling cosmetic products

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cosmetology, Skin Care, and related beauty treatments.
• Experience and skills in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal techniques.
• Strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building rapport and providing exceptional care.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology.
• An understanding of skincare products and the ability to recommend personalized solutions.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Previous experience with laser technology or related equipment will be considered an asset.

Salary

Annual salary ranging between $80,000 and $90,000 (excluding superannuation) depending on level of experience.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
