Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Beauty Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and expert beauty advice. Your enthusiasm for beauty products, makeup application, and skincare will inspire customers to explore new looks and achieve their personal beauty goals. As a key contributor to our retail environment, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, demonstrate product features through engaging demos, and drive sales through effective upselling and merchandising. Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each customer’s needs
• Conduct product demonstrations, including makeup application tutorials and skincare routines
• Assist customers at the front desk with inquiries, checkouts, and product selections using POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures are followed
• Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight current promotions and new arrivals
• Upsell products by identifying customer preferences and suggesting complementary items to enhance their experience
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Communicate fluently in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for engaging diverse clientele

Experience

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience in a beauty or cosmetics environment preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate customers on product features and benefits
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
• Experience in makeup application or product demos is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining tidy displays and stock levels
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced retail setting while managing multiple priorities effectively
