Salon Receptionist
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries promptly.
- Manage and schedule client appointments and ensure the booking schedule is organized.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with clients when required.
- Check clients in and coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth service.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Prepare and maintain client records and appointment details.
- Provide information about salon services, prices, promotions, and available packages.
- Recommend suitable salon services and products based on clients’ needs.
- Handle client requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with Beauticians, Nail Technicians, and Hair Stylists regarding appointments and client requirements.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as required.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Salon Receptionist or in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Experience using Phorest Salon Software or any another salon software
- Good knowledge of appointment scheduling, client management, and salon booking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Well-presented and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
Salary will be discussed during interview.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
