About the Roles

We are looking for a Beauty Consultant to join a reputable aesthetic clinic located in Novena/Orchard. This is a permanent position offering Basic Salary + Commissions + Variable Bonus, along with a 5.5-day work week (44 hours per week) and regular rest days on Sundays and Public Holidays. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about aesthetics and client care, with opportunities to grow in a professional beauty environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform aesthetic procedures professionally based on each client’s needs and preferences
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
• Monitor treatment results and provide follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction
• Recommend suitable beauty services and products to enhance the overall customer experience
• Maintain a tidy, hygienic, and well-organized treatment and consultation area at all times

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the aesthetics / skincare / beauty industry
• Certification in beauty or aesthetics will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with clients
• Hands-on experience in delivering aesthetic or beauty treatments
