Bartender

We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team!
You’ll be creating and serving drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic while making sure every guest leaves with a smile.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and connecting with people, this is the role for you.

Responsibilites:

• Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver friendly, professional service that makes guests feel welcome.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and ready for every shift.
• Know your cocktails and wines, and help guests find their perfect drink.
• Promote our signature drinks and upsell where appropriate.
• Work closely with your team to ensure service runs smoothly.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures, minimizing spills and mistakes.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and maintain energy during long shifts.
• Work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and high guest service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience and a valid Smart Serve Certification.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Experience with the Berg pour system is a plus.
• Friendly, approachable, and a true team player.
• Able to stand for long periods and maintain energy throughout your shift.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 per hour
