Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your role will involve managing the bar area efficiently while adhering to food safety and handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Operate the POS system for order entry and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required (willing to train).
• Time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Familiarity with POS Systems is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Must be able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.35 per hour
