Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while ensuring excellent service, beverage quality, and a clean and organized bar operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure all drinks are presented properly with consistent quality.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Recommend beverages and assist guests with menu selections when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure all bar equipment, glassware, and tools are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Monitor beverage stock levels and inform the Restaurant Manager of shortages.
- Follow proper handling, storage, and hygiene standards.
- Support restaurant operations during busy periods.
- Follow Company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and a good team player.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
