Job Description

Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while ensuring excellent service, beverage quality, and a clean and organized bar operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure all drinks are presented properly with consistent quality.
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
  • Recommend beverages and assist guests with menu selections when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Ensure all bar equipment, glassware, and tools are properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Monitor beverage stock levels and inform the Restaurant Manager of shortages.
  • Follow proper handling, storage, and hygiene standards.
  • Support restaurant operations during busy periods.
  • Follow Company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and a good team player.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
