Are you passionate about crafting great drinks and creating memorable experiences for guests? We're looking for an enthusiastic, skilled Bartender to join our team!

About the Role

As our Bartender, you'll be the face behind the bar — mixing classic and signature cocktails, serving beer and wine, and making every guest feel welcome. You'll work closely with our front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless dining and drinking experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Maintain knowledge of the drink menu, specials, and seasonal offerings
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending experience preferred (restaurant or bar setting)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A valid food/beverage handling certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $3,400.00 - $3,800.00 per month
