Place of Work: Via Riyadh

Monthly Salary: SAR 2,300 to SAR 2,800 (based on knowledge and skills) plus FREE Duty Meal, Shared Accommodation and Transportation to and from work

Job Role: Prepare premium mocktails and zero-proof beverages in a vibrant, non-alcoholic environment, focusing on flavor innovation, high-end presentation, and exceptional guest hospitality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare premium mocktails and zero-proof drinks following brand recipes and quality standards.
• Concoct house-made syrups, infusions, shrubs, and fresh garnishes to maintain consistent flavor profiles.
• Operate juicers and blenders to prepare fresh juices and batch drink bases prior to high-volume shifts.
• Apply precise ice cuts, select proper glassware, and execute garnishes for high-end visual appeal.
• Maintain HACCP standards, monitor perishable temperatures, log safety data, and prevent allergen cross-contamination.
• Sanitize tools between builds and maintain a clean, organized bar area through daily deep cleaning.
• Track inventory using FIFO, manage fresh ingredient shelf life, and complete shift checklists.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume bar, upscale restaurant, or beverage environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of flavor balancing, foundational mixology techniques, and current zero-proof beverage trends.
• Skills \& Mindset: Excellent communication skills, an energetic hospitality focus, and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
