We are seeking a versatile Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep passion for craft cocktails, creative mocktails, specialty coffees, and diverse hot \& cold beverage preparation.

Whether crafting signature cocktails, brewing espresso, or shaking up zero-proof non-alcoholic creations, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft Cocktails \& Spirits: Mix, shake, and serve classic and signature cocktails with speed, accuracy, and creative flair.
• Mocktail \& Zero-Proof Program: Craft innovative non-alcoholic beverages, house-made syrups, and seasonal mocktails.
• Specialty Coffee \& Espresso: Operate commercial espresso machines to prepare hot and cold coffee beverages (lattees, cappuccinos, cold brews, pour-overs).
• Hot \& Cold Beverage Service: Prepare specialty teas, infused waters, iced beverages, and custom seasonal drinks.
• Guest Experience: Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive customer service, offering recommendations and pairings.
• Bar Operations \& Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar/station following all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Inventory \& Prep: Handle daily beverage prep (fresh juices, garnishes, syrups) and assist with inventory tracking.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Experience: 1–2+ years of experience as a Bartender, Mixologist, or Barista in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or high-volume café setting.
• Beverage Knowledge: Strong understanding of spirits, wine, beer, cocktail recipes, non-alcoholic flavor profiles, and coffee brewing techniques.
• Certifications: Valid Bartending/Alcohol Server Certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) required where applicable.
• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and cash/POS system handling.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs.

Pay: BD160.000 - BD180.000 per month
