Job Title: Barista / Waitress / Cashier

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional manner.
• Operate the cash register and process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and workstations.
• Refill supplies and assist with inventory monitoring.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Support the team in daily restaurant operations and opening/closing procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista, Waitress, Cashier, or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
