Barista/Service Crew - SKOSH at Scotts

SKOSH is a modern Japanese-inspired café serving handcrafted onigiri, sandos, quality coffee, and matcha-led drinks, with an evening hand roll bar. We're opening a brand-new outlet on Scotts Road and hiring a fresh team to grow it with us. Part of The Hey Co Group, we offer hands-on training, a supportive team, and room to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages and other drinks to SKOSH recipe and presentation standards.
• Greet and seat guests, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provide recommendations on the menu and beverages, and handle guest requests with care.
• Process payments accurately through the POS system and follow cash handling procedures.
• Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining cleanliness across the dining and service areas.
• Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards in beverage preparation and service.
• Support stock replenishment and report low inventory of beverage and service items.

Requirements

• Prior barista or F\&B service experience preferred;
• Basic latte art and espresso skills an advantage for the barista function.
• Friendly, energetic and customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Valid SFA Food Safety (Basic Food Hygiene) certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
