We're Hiring: Barista \& All-Rounder ☕️

Beth is looking for a Barista \& All-Rounder to join our team.

We're a neighbourhood café and restaurant built around good food, good coffee, and warm hospitality. We're looking for someone who takes pride in both their coffee and the way they care for guests.

What We're Looking For

• Barista experience is a must
• Able to dial in and calibrate espresso
• Confident in pouring latte art
• Service-oriented with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, proactive, and a team player

Responsibilities

• Preparing espresso-based coffee and other beverages
• Dialling in coffee and maintaining consistency throughout service
• Providing warm and attentive service to guests
• Taking orders and operating the POS system
• Running food and drinks
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Assisting with opening and closing duties
• Supporting the team wherever needed during service
