Full Job Description

Zoko Collective is a multi-concept food \& beverage venue home to Zoko Coffee House, Lovecat, Zoko Iberian, and The Pit. We’re looking for a barista to join the Zoko Coffee House team.

We currently operate Thursday through Sunday, with hours expanding as the business grows.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready station at all times
• Stay productive during quieter moments — restocking, cleaning, and prepping rather than waiting for the next order
• Take ownership of your station and performance regardless of how busy it is
• Support other areas of Zoko Collective as needed in a multi-concept environment
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service

Qualifications:

• Basic espresso/coffee experience preferred; willingness to learn is a must
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently during slow periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work weekends (Thursday–Sunday, with potential for additional days)
