Vacancy: Barista – Specialty Coffee

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista with strong experience in specialty coffee to join our team.

Requirements:

• Must have experience working in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation (latte art, brewing methods, etc.)
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and high-quality coffee
• Previous barista experience is required (years of experience not strictly specified)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
• Stay updated with specialty coffee trends and techniques

Location: Coffee Art Cafe (The Mall LLC – Ajman)
Salary: Based on experience

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
