Barista -Specialty Coffee

Key Responsibilities

• Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
• Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work station \& equipment's
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• May be required to assist shop assistants as required by the shop management

Candidate Requirement

• 1-2 years in the coffee service industry
• 1+ years in the customer service industry
• Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Energetic, Friendly, love to smile, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
