Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to a high standard.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment with care and precision.
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Take orders, served food and beverages professionally, and handle payment through POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
- Passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
