Barista

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a school environment. You will prepare and serve a variety of Food, snacks and beverages while engaging with teachers, staff, and parents.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment.
• Keep the café area clean and organized.
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide training to other staff.
• Visit other cafes and check consistency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Barista.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle busy periods calmly.

Working Conditions:

• Interaction with teachers, staff, and parents.
• Flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional evenings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
