Barista - Healthy Farm Eatery (Dubai)

Position : Barista (For Sharjah, Dubai \& Abu Dhabi locations)

Job Summary:

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages in a café or coffee shop environment. They interact with customers, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide a high level of customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in coffee preparation and order accuracy.
• Multitasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during peak hours.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, handle repetitive tasks, and lift light to moderate loads.
• Experience: Prior experience in food and beverage service or as a barista is a plus, but on-the-job training is often provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
